I don’t feel so good…
August 8, 2011
Today, I woke up with a pretty bad cold. My mom was worried that my being sick and tired might make my OCD worse. But, I think I did pretty well overall after a rough start before breakfast.
When I woke up, I was mad about my nose being stuffed up and my throat hurting. I got into a fight with my sister Annie over the last bowl of our favorite cereal. The cereal ended up all over the floor. My mom quickly put me into a timeout shut down for 5 minutes while Annie cleaned up the mess. It was during my timeout that my mom made me peanut butter toast, white tea and grapefruit for breakfast. Then, it all got better.
Mom reminded me that I definitely had to avoid sugar today, because I was already struggling. So, I ate chicken with cucumbers and peaches for lunch. For dinner, I had crispy chicken with strawberries and milk. I did really well eating proteins and healthy food.
I swam in the pool for about one half hour to get my workout in for the day. It is now nighttime and I am about to shower and say goodnight to all. Mommy says that I need 11 hours of sleep tonight.
I got a marble in the marble jar at the end of the day. Mom said she gave me the marble for turning my day around nicely.
Goodnight to you my Friend!

Hi seriously very good go through.
I have to admit aim pretty new to using WordPress well essentially really new. Just starting to have the hang of it. Reading your submit has been very informative. I have to admit still not totally 100% percent clear in my head. So have just put your blog on my desktop so I’m able to go straight to it and have another glance later. -
I seldom comment, but i did a few searching and wound up here I don’t feel so good… | Rhonda Martin. And I do have a couple of questions for you if you don’t mind. Is it only me or does it look as if like some of these responses come across like they are coming from brain dead folks?
And, if you are posting at other social sites, I would like to keep up with everything fresh you have to post. Would you make a list of the complete urls of all your community sites like your Facebook page, twitter feed, or linkedin profile? -

Please, feel free to take whatever “pictures” you need from my blog. We are all in this together. Re: Testify to Love, I do not know if you knew this but W. Judd wrote it. Avalon made it more popular, but I like just the acoustic guitar version that she does and she does it great.Again, thank you for your prayers. Blessings!
